As per the internet,I see most of these stamps displayed are the surcharged ones. Unable to trace any without the surcharge. It is stated as the South Russian Cossack issue.Any info on this stamp will be appreciated. While at it,pls observe the word MAPKA.The K on the stamp looks like an N.Is this a norm during printing then?Thanks.

Michel lists it as MiNr 67 from 1912. Minimal catalog value.

I'm not quite sure what you mean about the letter K, maybe it's some gunk on the stamp itself? Here's another example of this particular stamp https://goscf.com/t/16364 .. looks like a normal K to me.
