I am just curious as to how many U.S. Stamp Collectors actually collect Plate Blocks and blocks of stamps.

I collect Blocks, Plate Blocks, Zipcode regularly since I subscribed USPS.
before that I use to buy at Post Office. Countries USA,CANADA,UNO and INDIA
except India Other I started in 1974-75.

I used to collect them (plus ZIP and ME blocks), but now I use them for trade (anyone interested?)

I use em for postage, it's the only way to get more than 50-70% of face value out of them.
