2 same China stamp but diffrent colours one is darker blue and the other one lighter. Could they have been of different printing series? Could the one on the right be considered imperf?

looks like it was soaked off paper a little too long ..any stamp faded in the original color usually was mishandled due to water,sun or chemical.

The one on the right clearly has perfs, although they haven't penetrated through the paper very well.
