this is another great stamp I found...i love the colors. I believe it is a revenue overprint.....:)any additional info would be helpful :)

Here's a recent topic about this stamp.

The basic label was used by the Hungarian National Bank to stick on high value bank notes when there was a devaluation in 1945 of the Hungarian pengo.

The overprint converted it for use as a postage due stamp.
