Phil is busy gloating over all the great items he acquired, and also busy thinking up an explanation for his wife regarding why the bank account balance is suddenly so low.

It's to early yet. ORAPEX open at 10 am EDT today, Saturday. I'm leaving home in 45mn to go on the other side of Montreal and take the bus to Ottawa. I should be at Expo before 11 am. I ask Phil to wear a Mickey Mouse hat so I can find him...

I had a great day yesterday at ORAPEX. It was a beautiful sunny day and on the bus from Montreal to Ottawa discussions were mainly about stamps. When I arrive I went to the kids table where they were giving free stamps to young beginners and I met David Giles. I ask him about Phil and he looked around but couldn't find him. I came back half an hour later and watch the kids. I asked Dave again about Phil and he answer "He's standing next to you!" Phil was there next to me for few minutes but I didn't know it was him. I was so glad to meet him and Jopie his wife, a stamp collector also. I finally meet a SCF members in person. We visit the exhibits together. Later after shopping the dealers separately, we met again for a meal at the restaurant. I don't forget the 2 old Brazilian covers that Phil gave me. I did some more shopping of old Brazil stamps in the afternoon, the bus was returning to Montreal at 16h30.
I was with Phil and Jopie before leaving saying it would be nice to meet again next year for ORAPEX. I spend a great day in great company. Thanks Phil and Jopie.

Yes they exist. When you meet them for the first time you feel the confidence and friendship is already there. Everything is nice and easy.
