What do you make of this recently issued US Patent? Sounds a lot like it's on the idea of a lottery ticket but using postage stamps instead of a ticket. What do you think? Have you ever heard of it before? (If it catches on, it could become another cinderella collectible.)

My understanding is that they are regular postage stamps and the disposable backing used with self adhesives would be the lottery ticket part.
Is that worth a patent? And it took four years??
