I Found You

I have followed your community for some time before joining ,and I think I have found what I've been looking for..a place where knowledge is shared and what seems like always encouraging. I hope I can in some way be a contributor as well as continue to learn.I am disabled and seem to spend alot of time working on stamps or reading about stamps and I'm sure I will enjoy being part of this group.

Thanks for the welcome,I will be posting pics ,I am currently going thru about 30 years of boxes I have filled thru the years knowing someday I would get to it ,my main collection would be U.S. with a minor in worldwide pre wwii simply because its an album that was given to me by an old man who used to pay me in stamps for chores from my neighborhood.the mass accumulation comes from yard sales estate sales and even a local thrift store.

I promise I will have some pics. to show off but I first must be retrained on the use of my wifes computer system,for some reason the printer made a mistake by printing 64 pages of reference material ,stamp articles and such onto picture quality paper,Who would know to check something like that? But I promise ,once I become re-certified on the use of that thing I should be on a roll,

I'm on the darn computer most every day and have to relearn stuff constantly. Don't feel too bad.

It would be nice to print stamps on photo paper maybe. Hmmm.

I posted my first pic under the u.s.cover section ,mostly as my first real attempt to do so,as I learn more about the art of uploading pictures I will post more.
