Hi Selva, The Egyptian stamp is from 1923. I think it's a green stamp that has turned blue from the effect of light or solvent.

The second stamp is a postage due from Bosnia and Herzegovina from 1904.

Actually the colour of the Egypt stamp is green,but the colour changed when I uploaded it from my camera to the computer. Thanks Nigelc for helping out.Appreciate it very much.
