The High Point NC catalogs a few dollars. The final Chicago is interesting but might be impossible to figure out but a biger better scan of it will help. Everything else is low value. Show more!

A very nice collection of precancels, unfortunately, I believe you'll find most of them to be quite common.

Someone with some precancel catalogs might be able to give you more information but I'm especially curious about the last stamp ($1 value) that seems to have two different Chicago precancels stamped on it. I know the "MW JUN 54" is the dated precancel for the Montgomery Ward catalogs, and they, along with "SRC" (Sears Roebuck Co.) were two of the most common users of precancels back in that day.

I would also point out that the first row, fourth stamp (5c Washington) and the third row, second stamp (6c Roosevelt) are not precancels, but post-cancels, typically applied to regular stamps that were used on parcels and therefore they would not be considered in the same category as precancel stamps.

i did notice the $1 wilson had 2 different cancels...it looks to me like it was stamped with the light one first and maybe was too light and another was added.

just a guess
