1. Finding out you owe $4200 in taxes this year

2. Having your car break down and need a new engine

3. Finding out you can't wait any more and you have to get that hip replacement you have been putting off.

4. Cleaning off your dining room table and learning that one of the kids' capri sun juice bags sprung a leak and spilled all over you newly purchased Scott #2381-85 25-Cent Classic Cars Booklet Pane - MNH that you got off a fellow SCF member.

2012 was going fine till #4 happened...

Andy,

I wish I had another pane to send you. I imagine that until you find a replacement, you can soak the juice off of the pane and mount it as a mint no gum. Hang in there and good luck with number 3!

Steve

Whish that your hip replacement will be a success and that you will feel much better. For your stamps, it's not a tragedy anyway they may all end up in your grand kids hands in the future. Last week I tried to erase a pencil mark number on the back of a thin paper stamp (cat. value of $15) and the stamp broke in two part, it was a duplicate but my best copy.

It's the Pepsi Generation!

But I still like that old Coke Cola song 'I want to teach the world to sing . . .'.
