Guys, this stamp measures 19.25mm width and 22.5 height.Perforation is 11 x 10.5. Could someone specify year of issue and any other usefull info. Thanks.

Most probably a Scott 632, issued 1927.

It's not an overprint, it's a pre-cancelled Stamp.
