I can find this stamp on the internet and from that I have learned it is from 1945, but I can't find it in my old Stanley Gibbons catalogue.
Can anyone help me with an SG number, please.

Thanks
Steve

I don't have a SG catalog, but Scotts has it listed as a semi-postal #B13B, was issued by the Vichy French Govt in France, but where not placed on sale in French India.

SG lists this stamp under Vichy Issues as SG V126 in the SG Part 6 catalogue.
