Would someone care to help me identify this Seattle, Washington precancel? I know it's an L-Type; just not sure which one.

(Measurements look to be approx. 13.5mm between bars; 2mm between top bar and city name; 3mm between city and state names; letters 2.5mm high.)

It looks like L-1e, Cat. .15 cents.
