I found this a bit unusual when reviewing some century old publications on the Philadelphia Post Office and was rather surprised to learn that they had their own independent "logo" as far back as 1900. Has anyone ever seen this logo before? Did other larger city post offices create similar logos? Are there any other examples out there?
(This is the first one I've ever seen.)
