Stallzer, is perf 10.75(10 3/4) considered as a perf 11. Cos at my perf gauge the stamp reads as perf 10.75. Thanks.

Selva, I have the same problem with my gauge -- the Washington Franklins only come in 12, 11, 10, 8.5 and a few combos (10x11, etc), so when you get a .75 reading you need to round up.

I think there is some small variation in the perfs of older stamps and not all are right exactly on a precise number.

My gauge has served me well for about 35 years and it's only really with US stamps that I have that issue -- my GB all work fine, so maybe there is less variation there. That said, I just bought a new gauge and it seems to be off -- nothing measures out quite right, so if your gauge is new you might consider that possibility.

I won't offer an opinion on your WF stamp's number, because I am so far from being an expert that would be foolish. But it is probably a p11.

For US Stamps I have found this Perf gauge works best.
