An Odd Cancellation On Scott #1087

Like the header states: an odd cancellation on Scott #1087. It looks to be a pictorial postmark. It says "OREGON" at the top and I see what looks like more words off to the right and off the stamp and a little pine tree off to the far right and then, what almost appears to be a canoe-er(?) at lower center. I'd like to see the whole cancellation if possible? Has anyone ever seen this one before? Here is a scan. Thank you.

I think I've seen it before, but I don't have an example to show. I believe it was a slogan cancel of the period for the Oregon Centennial, 1859-1959. Probably was regionalized so it would get the most use in Oregon or at least the northwestern states.
