I can answer the question as it relates to the bottom row, first stamp (from Canada) with the "CPR" perfin which stands for Canadian Pacific Railway. Here's a link with more information about it:
I have dozens upon dozens of these unidentified perfins -- some worldwide (but mostly US) -- and I love looking at them. Every once and awhile someone identifies a perfin variety that is in my collection, too, so I get to identify them little by little.
