I finished up imaging the material I purchased at COMPEX this weekend. Nothing crazy, but a nice variety of pieces.
First, a lovely example of R112. It's a cheap stamp, but this has very nice jumbo margins.

Next, a pair that while the left stamp has some defects, it makes for an interesting discussion piece. The left stamp is the "Left frame line double" variety. Also, notice the difference in height of the two stamps (most noticeable at the bottom).

Now a couple of of silk paper cherrypicks, some of the higher-catalog silks. Below each stamp is a link to a high-resolution version of the image, where the silk fibres can be seen easier.

RB4a.

R32a.

R82c.

R146. Great railroad cancel!

RB4a. The dealer had about a half dozen of these (I'm not familiar with the cancel type), but this one was the nicest. Bold strike and the centering of the stamp itself is great for the issue!

RB1a. Lovely cancel, another type I've not seen before.

R21c. Aside from a single short perf at top, the stamp is sound, and quite fresh for the type. What piqued my interest was the "Job Moses" patent medicine script handstamp cancel. This is the first time I've seen it on an R21c. It's almost always found on the Proprietary types.

76. This is one I really wish hadn't been removed from the document it was on. Bold color, strong impression, sound, and an illegal revenue usage manuscript cancel.

And finally, a few documents. Two mining pieces and an interesting and scarce illegal usage of postage as revenue, being a Scott 26, which had been demonetized. This is the first demonetized usage I've seen in person.
