1983 Massachusetts State Catalog

I've been looking high and low for a copy of this catalog. Any suggestions as to where I might find one? (Mike Myers doesn't have any available).

What is a Massachusetts State Catalog?

It lists all denominations for MASS precancels, known till that time.

Thanks. It must have been a small printing if copies are as hard to come by as this thread suggests. I wonder if precancel catalogs for other States are that scarce, or if the one for Massachusetts was in higher demand for some reason.

Although I'm deviating a bit from the subject of precancels, I recall reading not too long ago that the publisher of a Massachusetts Postmark Catalog were in the process of publishing an updated work. Does anyone know the status of that catalog?
