Hi to all
The stamps on the left are normal, but the two on the right have varieties although minor. The first three of 33 has a line extending that makes it nearly an eight, and there are other minor smudges.
Has any-one else seen this

A case of poor quality control, which quite often occurred with stamps of this period. Even the two stamps on the left have minor smudges (although much less pronounced).

Here are some of locations where I see the smudges...I don't think anyone would consider it anything more than a minor conversation piece, though:
