Hi and nice to see everyone in this forum once again. This is my malaysia dragon stamp issued in the early of this year and I have bought quite a few of this stamps but the perforations have shifted to right normally and one or two hairs just came out to left side which is the outside area of this stamp except for this stamp which the tail hairs are exactly inside the area of this stamp.Hope you understand of what I mean over here right now.

May I know if this stamp considered as without perforations shifted stamp instead of perforation shifted normally happened on other similar stamps?

Please check your stamp if you have the same one and help me to answer my question on above.Your personal opinion and explaination are needed over here. Please check it out on the scans showing below and let me know as soon as possible, your help will be apprieiciated by me.Thank you.
