Topical Stamp Collecting Album For Scouts

My son just became a Boy Scout and wants to get his stamp collecting merit badge, and obviously a scouting topical collection would be perfect for this.

Does anyone know if someone makes a pre-printed topical scout album? The BSA itself used to make one, but they discontinued it a number of years ago (in 1996, I believe), and the last supplement is from 1999.

I saw that White Ace makes some very nice topical pages, but they are blank. I am in no mood to design an album from scratch. Too busy on my Ukrainian album.

I would check out the Scouts on Stamps Society International (SOSSI) http://www.sossi.org/index.shtml. There are many resources linked form the site, as well as local groups. Another thought would be Google searches. The album you are looking for might turn up on ebay or some other auction website.

I found the SOSSI page, and I am probably going to join. They claim their catalog has 800 pags of Scout themed stamps. I didn't think there were that many scout stamps in the world. This collection could become quite extensive.
