One Cent Washington Stamp With Dot On His Head?

A bit unusual to me, but probably just a splattering of ink. In any event I never noticed this one before on a cover dated back to 1920.

The top stamp shows a dot on Washington's Head, the bottom stamp doesn't have it:

Just ink splatter from probably the wiping of the plate.
