Hi,have been trying to identify the issue year of this cover but unable to locate it in the net.Would appreciate if someone could help out.Also observe the 2nd image the last two alphabets at the word penny.Looks to me like a double Y.Is it some error? Thanks.

This is a postal stationery cutout, not in Scott. It is Edward VII, which puts the date between 1902 and 1911, although it could have been used later, it was still valid.

Thanks Doug2222, for your responce but I dont understand what you mean by cut out. I have the whole envelope and the 2nd image is a closer view of the stationery stamp.Thanks mate.
