Many years ago, when the USSR broke, I bought a number of covers from the new emerging republics. At the beginning I was aiming to all of them, but at the end I settled with Estonia; eventually, building a 1991/2000 worthwhile collection.
I tried to do the same with Belarus, but the lack of information and the difficulty of the cyrillic alphabet, made me to give up. But I was left with a number of Belarus 1992/95 covers, for which I don't have any use and that will show here, to get some information on status and value.
The First one circulated from Minsk (Belarus) to Riga (Latvia)on June 1992.
