Scott 1345-1354 Historic Flag Series Question

So, I have a strip of 10 historic flag series stamps. All the pictures I have of this strip shows the Ft. McHenry blue Liberty stamp on top, and the Don't Tread On Me stamp on the bottom, as can be seen here:



My strip is the exact OPPOSITE of this, as shown in this picture



It's clear from these pictures that two different sheets were made. Is there any difference between the two in quantity, catalog number or value?

According to the note in my 2011 Scott Specialized, "The flag sequence on the 2 upper panes is as listed. On the 2 lower panes the sequence is reversed with the Navy Jack in the 1st row and the Fort Moultrie flag in the 10th."

Yours is the upper left pane.
