I have a 1923 Warren Harding 2c stamp. The stamp is in a plastic sleeve but has a torn corner. The corner is still with the stamp. I believe it has 11 operations. I was wondering if anyone could give me any info on it

Based on what you describe, your stamp is probably Scott #610, the Harding Memorial stamp, issued on 09/01/1923 and is perf. 11 on all sides.

In stamps, condition is everything, so if the stamp were in perfect condition it would have a catalog value of 25 cents (used) or 55 cents (mint with original gum). In your case, the stamp has a torn corner, which would virtually eliminate any value to it whatsoever. If the stamp is mint (i.e. no cancellation) it's still worth 2 cents to stick on an envelope toward paying postage today; which is probably the only value that it has because of the torn corner.

Remember that even though these stamps are old, they were issued in massive quantities. This particular stamp had a print run of 1,459,487,085...that's 1 billion, 459 million stamps! As a result, there are many more stamps on the market than there are collectors for them, which is why the value is so low.
