any idea of its value?






I dont know what is going on, I keep selectin one file but it keep on posting another.

It is issued from the Philippine Islands and listed in Scotts Specialized catalog under Possessions. The PI US stands for Philippine Islands to United States. I'm pretty sure the value is minimal but I don't have a catalog in front of me.

Printed in 1935 - catalog value in mint condition 30 cents US - appraisal value about one tenth of that.
