No word yet. I think the USPS learned their lesson in the MLB Press Sheet fiasco and they'll likely print whatever quantity meets demand.
Backing up to the MLB Press Sheets, I have noticed that even after the "limited edition" of 2500 units was set, the USPS only reached that order number with the 4 Player variety. The individual player press sheets with the same "limited edition" quantity of 2500 are still available. If that's any indicator, I don't think the Press Sheets are all that big of a seller and my guess is that most "speculators" won't bother with press sheets (even without die cuts) if the quantity issued is to be virtually unlimited.
The USPS has recently announced that Uncut Press Sheets will be issued for every new commemorative stamp. The Uncut Press Sheets "without die cuts" is yet another variety to collect. No one has yet confirmed whether or not the "without die cuts" variety will be commonplace on future issues.
Most collectors--myself included--feel this is just a USPS marketing scheme to boost their revenue, as the USPS knows that most Press Sheets without die cuts are going to remain in collectors hands and few will ever see postal use, which means clear profit for the USPS.
As long as the USPS doesn't continue making the Press Sheets in "limited editions" of a given quantity, it merely becomes another variety to collect.
