Here's my latest addition and I picked it up for $3.35

Centering is really nice, almost perfect that I can see.

There's a few faults, but looks to be a solid 7 out of 10 for a used stamp.

How do you determine jumbo margins?

Anyone disagree?

Just my opinion, you don't determine if it has jumbo margins... The guy who is selling the stamp does
I don't buy into the jumbo, superb, magnifico stamp desriptions. Jumbo is fluff, now sometimes jumbo shrimp live up to my expectations, but usually they are not that much bigger than non jumbo shrimp.
Now if it was graded as "Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious" that would be something special.

There really is no exact measurement for a Stamp to be considered "Jumbo" or the other term used is "Boardwalk Margins".
Today, when stamps are made they all turn out the same size. Many years ago, because of the way perforations were applied, stamps from the same sheet could come in different sizes. The actual design of the stamp was the same size, it was the border between the edge of the design and the perforations that could be larger or smaller. When this space is large it makes the stamp more attractive and desirable and then it is called having Boardwalk margins.

Example, and this one might not even qualify as a "Jumbo"

I don't think your stamp has jumbo margins.
It has normal margins for this stamp.
I would call it F-VF, Only issue I see are the perf problems.

In answer to your question regarding jumbo margins, PSE describes their methodology on page 22 of their grading guide at http://www.psestamp.com/intro.chtml

Do you feel just the perf issues drop it to a f-vf? I was thinking vf-xf on this
