1920-1980 US probably close to 95% complete with 90% of those mint.

Just started scanning 1980 and up to my website and have been picking up some of those missing stamps and sheets recently now that I can easily see what I'm missing.

What a long process to scan every page in a Mystic album LOL. Think I'm up to around page 775 now. Just did another 30 this morning.

I'm about 20 items short from completing 1940-1975 on simplified level, all used. Likely this is the easiest part of US to collect complete as there's very few m/s or other difficult to obtain items.

I'm pretty much the same, 1925 to 1981. I stopped collecting the 80s but still saved the stamps I found. I started collecting against this year, mainly upgrading used for mint. I need to get the mint Prexie $5 to complete that series. Not sure which way to go after that, I'll probably knock out the 60s & 70s commemoratives, then the Farleys from the 30s. My Scott National album covers up to 1981, I'm trying to fill that one up before moving forward in time. I'm even filling in the coil pair pages.

World wide classical era collecting lends itself to an inch deep, mile wide collection.

Allenstein-100% completed

But a few of the smaller stamp issuing entities come to mind.

I have complete Spain stamps 1850 to 2000.Numbers 1 to 3775

That just makes me jealous.
My main collecting area is 19th century Spain and there are certain stamps I can only dream of owning, unless I get extremely lucky or rich.

I started the collection more than 20 years ago,and I must add, that the two most expensive stamps have some small deficiency .... The 2 reales has a thinning, and the 3cuartos, margins fair, with what the price is much lower than catalogue...

Those may have faults, but they are still 2 beautiful examples to have. I would be proud to own either one. Congrats!

Do you have any more of your early Spanish stamps posted in any threads here? I love looking at this stuff.

For the USA it's almost complete from 1930 to 1990. I am further advanced with Canada, missing only a few between 1908 and 2000 and Denmark (almost complete between 1929 and 1995).
But my most advanced collections are Netherlands (missing only a few and complete after 1950) and Netherlands New Guinea (missing only a few postage due stamps).
