As a former resident of North Andover, MA, I had to look up further history of that postmark, as I had not known there to be a "North Andover Station" at Lawrence, MA.

Anyway, Jim Forte's Postal History Website acknowledges that North Andover Station was a very short-lived "station" from 1902-1908 -- a mere 6 years in existence, which should make your cancel somewhat more collectible.

Actually, Jim Forte lists four different "North Andover" offices:

North Andover (1827-1902) View Covers for Sale
North Andover Br. (1908-Date) Be notified when a cover is available
North Andover Depot (1858-1902) View Covers for Sale
North Andover Sta. (1902-1908) View Covers for Sale

Also, one of the four types of orange-red 30c Franklin (#476A) is a monumental rarity, so I'd check very carefully to see whether your stamp might be a copy. Scott doesn't even price it used; I don't want to make any assumptions based on your image.

edit=====
I investigated this because the earliest 30c orange-red was issued in April 1914, and could not have been cancelled 1902-1908...

Being that this is a hand cancel it may have been used for many years after North Andover became its own post office in 1908. The North Andover station received its first canceling machine in 1908 and the Lawrence, Mass North Andover Station flag cancel brings a very nice premium.

In 1908 the Lawrence, Mass Methuen Station was also change to its own post office.

Here's the official excerpt from the Postal Bulletin of June 10, 1902 showing the change of the North Andover and North Andover Depot post offices to Lawrence and in lieu of "offices" to establish "stations" as in North Andover Station (Massachusetts):

It seems as though post "offices", "depots", "stations", etc., were really confusing back then.

Well as long as we have come this far, I dropped it in the fluid and I see no watermark and it is perf 11 so I assume this is Scott 516?
