Greetings,

I make this a Scott# 445 493, A140 3 Cent Washington Perf 10 Vertically

I would appreciate confirmation or correction.
It is hard to feel confident when the stamp possibly is one of high catalog value (even if my example is a bit faulty).

Can you tell me if there is a watermark? It is a type 1.

Is there ink bleeding through, to the back? this would also help determine if it's a flat plate print?

There is no watermark and no ink bleed.

It must be a scott# 493, type 1 Rotary print. #445 was a flat plate and should have a watermark type 190, single line.
