Welcome to the forum Leo.

The stamp you have scanned appears to be a local or 'cinderella' type? The name "Nagy", from what I have been told, is common in Hungary, so, I am only guessing at Hungary. It is not a regular postage stamp and will not be found in the regular stamp catalogues published by the major companies.

The number in it also makes me think that they could be used as revenues for some reason?? Again, this is just a guess only.

Sorry I cannot offer more.

Leo! I know nothing about that stamp other than it looks great and very interesting. Sorry I couldn't be of any help but I'll hope you stick around a bit! I'm sure someone can shed some light on it for you! -Cheers

Might get a better response in the correct forum.
This stamp is not "Classic US", so the people with the correct
answers for you might never see it here, as it is a "World Stamp".

I have a feeling it's a Hungarian lottery ticket. I remember seeing a description of these somewhere but I don't remember where. As always I'm very happy to be corrected!

Found it. There was an inconclusive discussion about a strip of these on Stampboards:

Apparently the wording has to do with luck.
