my wife peruses the internet stamp auctions and is finding good buys..for some reason she sees many european stamps selling at low prices....she found a set of the Spain 1992 souvineer sheets listed at 6 dollars or best offer...she asked me if I wanted her to put in an best offer of 5 dollars and I said sure why not ? We got the souvineer sheets for 5 bucks !!
