The city is Evansville, Indiana. On Monday I received a letter with the Energy Action Month cancellation dated December 1, 2012 from Louisville, Kentucky. Then the holiday cancellations came Tuesday.
I received this one last week for the upcoming stamp show in New Orleans. Notice the PM upside down. It is probably contrived but still fun to look at.
