Brunell Query -- Hartford CT 204 Postage Due J82 (3c)

I can't see the Hartford CT 3c Due J82-204 listed in Brunell, but I have one. I'm sure it's not the only one in the world (though I can hope, ) -- can someone please confirm it is indeed common, etc.?

[Edit: FYI: I just noticed my Brunell lists the 2c and 2c invert twice, back to back. So it's presumably a typo where the 3c should actually appear.]
