The color of the cover really shows the imperf well. I did not know that the Forever purple heart was isuued as imperforated too.

A single well placed cds would have been sufficient to cancel all four imperforates.

Here's the curious thing. There is NO Forever Purple Heart Press Sheet WITH die cuts. The only ones available for that issue are WITHOUT die cuts and are limited to a print run of 2000 (at least that's what was announced in the Postal Bulletin) and the USPS/Shop website seems to support that information as well:
