Is that a Doremus Type C?

Cjd is correct. The Doremus model C was in use at Red Wing 1901-04. This is a better cancel an would probably sell for $25-50 with the right crowd.

Thanks guys. I got it in a box lot of covers at my local stamp club. Given that I collect MN town cancels (manuscript/cds/fancy/machine/etc), this one isn't going anywhere for a while (unless I end up with a better example).
