Hello I have a stamp 1 cent franklin and could tell me your opinion about it; Dimensions are .. 19.25mm x 22.5mm

Depends on perforation 11X11 or 10X10???
Measure it again you have wrong dimensions for it

Just a check, (for me as well)I believe it is to be measured from the outside boundary of the image, not the complete stamp, is that not the case?

552 is Perf 11. I'm with Chasa in thinking its 11 X 10.5

I am sure the dimensions are 19.25mm x 22.5mm and I checked for the perf.. im thinking its 11x10.5

Marie, do you have a perforation gauge? If you do that is the easiest way of distinguishing the flat plate from the rotary press printings.

If you do not have a perforation gauge and stick around until you get the 50 quality posts, I will make it my mission to send you a perforation gauge.

Speaking of which, what is the best Perforation gauge? I have the scott multi-gauge currently

Any opinions on this?
