Hello I have a stamp 1 cent franklin and could tell me your opinion about it; Dimensions are .. 19.25mm x 22.5mm

Depends on perforation 11X11 or 10X10??? Measure it again you have wrong dimensions for it  |

Just a check, (for me as well)I believe it is to be measured from the outside boundary of the image, not the complete stamp, is that not the case? |

I am sure the dimensions are 19.25mm x 22.5mm and I checked for the perf.. im thinking its 11x10.5 |

Marie, do you have a perforation gauge? If you do that is the easiest way of distinguishing the flat plate from the rotary press printings.
If you do not have a perforation gauge and stick around until you get the 50 quality posts, I will make it my mission to send you a perforation gauge. |

Speaking of which, what is the best Perforation gauge? I have the scott multi-gauge currently
