hi

i found this block of 4 and found it interesting.
the top 8 cent is different than the bottom 8 cent.
i really never look to hard at it but found it interesting.
does it make any different to the value about the first day of issue when not on cover.

Hi Dan.....

These are worth about the same as any other canceled block of four (approx. 20 cents each)

The "color bleeding" you see in the value and the flag of the top two is a very common artifact of production.
