i have these error stamps.
is there a site that specializes in error that can give me an idea on a value?
the bottom stamps are in mint conditions.

I think these are what they would call FREAKS, a stamp showing a production flaw which is not consistent, includes ink smudges and off center perforations. In any event you may find these link interesting.

Interesting items but MK is right....freaks, not errors. There are collectors that actively seek this sort of thing and more than a few are willing to pay surprising amounts for some freaks.

Freak is a good, descriptive word. But how long before it will
be considered to be politically incorrect and such stamps will
have to be described as having production challenges?

I'd imagine that this is already an entry in the official U.S. Government Publication on Politically Correct Phrases and Acronyms, published at an outrageous cost to the taxpayers by the House Special Subcommittee on Political Correctness, on an annual basis.
