No Reported 1st Flight Covers From Houston

People (namely my wife) ask me why I collect covers? This is why -- In going over some First Flights after Airline deregualtion (FFUS) covers I found this cover the American Airmail Catalogue says "NO covers have been reported from Houston." Well then what do I have here?
