I came across this on bidstart. Pretty neat that it is a bisect which is probably why the price is $450.00. But I have never seen or heard of this 2c vermillion Jackson large banknote being issued in two different dimensions. I wonder if there is something I don't know about this stamp and am only showing my ignorance.

No matter how I measure it on my monitor, there is a big difference in the vertical measurement. The difference is not due to a misperforation as the entire vertical image is clearly seen on the short stamp. The width appears identical on both if you measure the short stamp from the edge of the image to the center of the number "2"

The stamp was torn. Look at the mismatch on the portrait oval in the lower right.
