Has anyone else seen or heard of these color shifts on the Santa and Sleigh Booklet?

Yours is the first one I've seen on the Santa & Sleigh booklet, but they are quite a common occurrence in modern US stamp issues. Are they collectible? Sure. Are they valuable? No. You'll probably see a lot of them throughout the Holiday Season.

Since the color misregistration on modern US issues are quite common, it would probably be classified to be a "freak" rather than anything else. Very seldom do you see any premium attached to it as the color misregistration is not that significant and most collectors would likely prefer a perfectly aligned copy for collecting purposes.
