So people are telling me that catalog numbers are hard to come by for envelope stamps. Jeff thinks this type would be even tougher. He says he had posted this once before looking for information but maybe some new members might have some new information. Any help would be greatly appreciated. (Laurie)

Scott doesn't list meter covers and not sure if any printed catalogs do. However, there is an online resource for meter covers:

http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Intern...tamp_Catalog Just research the necessary countries. It is a work in progress so everything is not there either, but there sure is a lot of information.
