hi

i have another stamp question.
can anyone help me to see if this a 3 or 8 from south Australia?
an 8 refers to local printing?

you can not really see the cancel but I made an invert image and it has a great cancel

My guess would be deep blue, based on the scan, or Scott 3. But that is only a guess. Slate blue seems a bit grayer.
