Does anyone know if the post office released a #3446 EDWARD G. ROBINSON Legends of Hollywood uncut press sheet?

Yes.

The Edward G. Robinson Uncut Press Sheet (#3446) was issued in 6 panes of 20 -- 120 stamps at $0.33 = $39.60 face value. However, on the secondary market it would seem that particular issue carries a rather hefty premium as compared to most other press sheets from that period.

You can find them (that's an uncut sheet of 6 panes of 20) on ebay for prices ranging from $150 to $200.
