Well......not exactly........these Russian stamps (??) #105-107, 112-116, & 139-141 issued from 1915-17, were printed on card stock about the thickness of two or three stamps, very stiff, snaps back sharply during flex test.
Also, they were not issued as postal stamps but as money. but, contrary to regulations often used for postal purposes. Black inscription translates as:........."Having circulation on par with silver subsidiary coins."
