This is the St Louis L-3 precancel. The city was a hotbed of private perforation....

I would have thought thst someone would have called this out as a FAKE.

Not only does the precancel look questionable, but so do the Schermack slots.

To the best of my knowledge the #575 w/Schermacks is only known with 3 precancels and St. Louis isn't one of them.
